Stages Confirmed for Your Product

01 — Specification Review

Product type, dimensions, mesh requirements, netting weight, colour and finishing details are reviewed as part of the order specification.

02 — Production Preparation

Material selection and machine settings are confirmed for the selected product and agreed specification.

Material handling and preparation equipment in the factory — Material handling and preparation equipment. The applicable preparation stage depends on the product.

03 — Netting Production

The production method depends on the net construction. Different products may require different machinery and work stages.

04 — Cutting & Finishing

Cutting, edge construction, seams and eyelets are agreed where they apply to the selected product.

05 — Inspection & Packing Preparation

Relevant inspection points and packing requirements are confirmed against the order specification.
