Before production, we confirm the applicable inspection items, acceptance criteria and any additional reporting requirements with the buyer. The photographs below show supplied dimension, finishing and packing checks. Additional inspection items must be confirmed for the product.

Dimension Inspection
Finished length, width and panel dimensions are compared with the agreed requirements.

Mesh Inspection
The measuring method and aperture requirements are confirmed for the selected net construction.

Fabric Weight Inspection
Fabric weight in g/m² requires a sample of known area. A package weight does not establish fabric weight.
Edge & Seam Inspection
The supplied photograph shows the finished edge and seam. The applicable finishing criteria are agreed for the product.
Eyelet Inspection
Eyelets and the surrounding net material are reviewed where this finish is supplied for the selected product.
Packaging & Label Inspection
Product identification, agreed specifications and package information are reviewed against the order requirements.

Product-Specific Testing
Where performance testing is required, the test method, sample specification and reporting scope should be agreed separately. A test report should be reviewed for its relevance to the product being ordered.
Dimension, appearance and finishing photographs do not establish tensile strength, tear resistance, UV durability or flame-retardant performance. Product-specific reports must support any such performance claim.
