What to Confirm Before a Bulk Netting Order
Prepare dimensions, quantity, tolerances, packing, labels and delivery requirements before ordering.
Product and application
Identify the product and intended use. Include any reference product, sample photo, drawing or specification sheet. Describe the netting construction and available specification information; it is fine to start with an application if the technical details are still undecided.
Dimensions and quantity
Specify width, length or panel dimensions and the unit used for each measurement. State the quantity in pieces, rolls or square metres as appropriate. Confirm the required dimensional tolerances and whether quantities refer to finished panels, rolls or packages.
Finishing and acceptance criteria
Agree the applicable edge construction, seams, eyelets, colour and other finishing details. Define which inspection points apply to the selected product and how any product-specific testing or reporting will be handled. Review sample and test evidence for its relevance to the actual specification.
Packing, labels and shipping marks
Confirm rolls, folded packs, bundled packages or palletized packing where available for the product. Share limits on package size or weight, any warehouse requirements and the required label language. Approve the product name, dimensions, quantity and agreed order reference shown on the label.
Destination and delivery requirements
Share the country, delivery destination and special receiving requirements. Confirm order terms, shipment arrangements, any required loading photographs or documents, and the estimated lead time during quotation. Keep these details in the agreed order requirements.
A starting enquiry
Send the product, application, dimensions if known, estimated quantity and destination. Add your sample photo, drawing or specification sheet if available. You can write “Not sure yet” for technical values or quantity that still need review.
Discuss Your Netting Requirements
Tell us the product you need, your application, dimensions, quantity and delivery destination.
Have a specification sheet, drawing or sample photo? Send it with your enquiry so we can review the requirements.
